My Birthing Story!

It was almost midnight on the 28th of February 2024, and I felt like I had peed myself! I was 39 + 2 weeks pregnant. I had been drinking all the raspberry leaf teas and eating all the dates under the sun, but somehow this didn’t seem real.

I tried to convince myself it wasn’t anything and went about my business, but when I stood up, the only convincing thing I could do for myself was that my waters had broken - it was starting!

Positive Birthing Program

The Positive Birthing Program focuses on retraining the subconscious mind to enhance the birthing experience. By techniques that promote relaxation and positivity, participants can transform their mindset and embrace childbirth with confidence. This program empowers individuals to connect deeply with their bodies, fostering a sense of calm and control throughout the journey. Join us to discover the strength and serenity that comes from unlocking the potential of your subconscious.

I can tell you now that the birth experience I had after doing the course was ten fold better than the birth before it.

I felt pretty useless when we had our first. After I did the hypnobirthing coures I was more switched on in the ways I could help with different techniques for her body and mind.

Lily

The techniques she shared helped me feel prepared, confident, and in control during my labour, and I could approach the experience with far less fear.
